QUYO 계정 삭제

QUYO 사용자는 앱에서 직접 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.

삭제 방법

QUYO 앱에 로그인합니다.
MY 탭으로 이동합니다.
계정관리로 이동합니다.
회원탈퇴를 선택합니다.
안내에 따라 계정 삭제를 완료합니다.

계정을 삭제하면 다음과 같은 계정 관련 데이터가 삭제됩니다:

계정 및 프로필 정보
사용자가 작성한 질문
댓글 및 답글
투표 및 좋아요 등 활동 정보
기타 계정과 직접 연결된 서비스 이용 데이터

단, 관련 법령 준수, 부정 이용 방지, 정산 또는 분쟁 대응 등을 위해 일부 정보가 일정 기간 보관될 수 있습니다. 보관이 필요한 경우에는 해당 목적과 법적 보관 기간에 따라 처리되며, 보관 기간 종료 후 삭제됩니다.

계정을 삭제하지 않고 특정 콘텐츠만 삭제하려는 경우, 앱에서 본인이 작성한 질문이나 댓글 등 제공되는 삭제 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다.

QUYO Account Deletion

QUYO users can delete their account directly in the app.

How to delete your account

Sign in to the QUYO app.
Go to the MY tab.
Open Account Management.
Select Delete Account.
Follow the instructions to complete account deletion.

When an account is deleted, account-related data such as the following will be deleted:

Account and profile information
Questions created by the user
Comments and replies
Voting, likes, and other activity data
Other service data directly associated with the account

Some information may be retained for a limited period when required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, settlement, or dispute resolution. Any retained data will only be kept for the required purpose and retention period, and will be deleted after that period ends.

If you only want to remove specific content without deleting your account, you can use the available in-app deletion features for your own questions or comments.
